Mens Health Week Activities

Men’s Health Week is celebrated around the world every year in June.

It is an opportunity to shine a spotlight on men’s health and to talk about how they can live happier, healthier lives.
It is a special week where men and boys are encouraged to prioritise their health and wellbeing. For the rest of their lives.

Mental Health Seminar: Thursday 25th June, 6.15pm

One of our amazing instructors, Ben, is participating in the Push Up Challenge, and you can either join the challenge, add in some pushups for Benny’s WaterMarc Wizards team, or even just donate!

The Push-Up Challenge is Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event. Each year, hundreds of thousands of Australians take up the challenge to complete a set number of push-ups that represent the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in the most recent year of available data. We educate participants with daily mental health facts, and participants have the opportunity to fundraise for one of our chosen mental health charities.

Since 2017, The Push-Up Challenge has raised over $70 million for mental health programs and services and engaged over 1million people to push for better mental health.
